Becoming a member – so whats the point?
Some people say that you don’t need to join ISoc at all, but it is important that you do. This is because ISoc can truly say that it represents Muslims on campus.
If you think that there are certain things you don’t agree with or areas that need attention or improvement, then don’t just keep it to yourself; get involved and try to actively have an influence. Some of the other advantages of being a member include:
- Be the first to know about our events and activities via our regular emails. Certain dinners and events have a maximum number of attendees, so it pays to know first.
- Importantly, you will be able to vote in or stand for the annual committee elections.
- Meet new Muslims friends from many different backgrounds – you can never have too many!
Where can I join
